NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING


No Change Statement
Shareholders are advised that the Company’s integrated report incorporating the
annual financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2018 has been finalised
and is available on the Company’s website, www.4sightholdings.com. The audited
annual financial statements contain no changes to the audited consolidated
financial results for the year ended 31 December 2018, released on the Stock
Exchange News Service of the JSE Limited on 29 March 2019.

Notice of Annual General Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the first annual general meeting of ordinary shareholders
will be held on Monday, 17 June 2019 at 2 PM Mauritian Time (12 PM South African
time) at 6th Floor, Tower 1, NeXTeracom Building, Ebene 72201, Mauritius to transact
the business as stated in the notice of annual general meeting forming part of the
integrated report.

The Annual Report will be distributed or posted to shareholders on or about 17 May
2019.

Record Dates
The Board of Directors of the Company has determined that the record date for the
purposes of determining which shareholders of the Company are entitled to receive
notice of the annual general meeting is Friday, 10 May 2019.

The last day to trade in order to be eligible to vote at the annual general meeting will
be Tuesday, 4 June 2019. The record date on which shareholders of the Company
must be registered as such in the Company’s securities register in order to attend and
vote at the meeting is Friday, 7 June 2019.
