SHARE HISTORY

OVERVIEW - SASOL LIMITED

Sasol Limited, the ultimate holding company of our group, is a public company. It was incorporated under the laws of the Republic of South Africa in 1979 and has been listed on the JSE Limited (JSE) since October 1979.

At 30 June 2015, we were one of the largest companies listed on the JSE by market capitalisation, with a market value of Sasol ordinary shares of R292 995 million. Our total consolidated turnover was R185 266 million for the year ended June 2015.

Sasol maintains a primary listing of its ordinary shares, Sasol BEE ordinary shares, and Sasol Inzalo shares on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange operated by the JSE Limited (JSE) and a listing of American Depositary Shares on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE).

The Bank of New York Mellon serves as the depositary for Sasol's American Depositary Shares (ADSs). Sasol's ADSs, each representing one Sasol ordinary share, are traded on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol "SSL" and have been listed on the NYSE since 9 April 2003.

Future vision/strategy

Sasol's strategic agenda is our blueprint over the near to medium term to achieve the Group's definition of victory, which is to grow shareholder value sustainably.
