Estates are built to a standard specification enabling Balwin to benefit from significant economies of scale.
All elements of the development and sales processes are performed in-house, with the exception of certain professional services, which depending on the specific project requirements are outsourced to approved vendors with whom the Company enjoys long-standing relationships.
This hands-on approach enables Balwin to maximise efficiencies from all processes throughout the development cycle, ensuring its promise of quality, affordability and conve
