Wayne McCurrie, BCompt; CA (SA)
Wayne joined the RMB Asset Management investment team as an investment professional from 1 March 2008. He started his career in the financial industry in 1988, when he joined Lifegro Limited as a management accountant. Lifegro was taken over by the Momentum Group in 1989 where Wayne stayed until being incorporated into RMB Asset Management in 1994. He left RMB Asset Management for Sage in 2002 and joined the FirstRand Group again in 2004 as Managing Director of Momentum International Multi-Managers. Wayne is currently responsible for managing the RMB Unit Trusts Balanced Funds.
Herman van Papendorp, M Com (Econometrics) (Cum Laude)
Herman has worked in financial markets for the last 22 years as bothan economist and investment strategist. He was chief economist at BoE Securities in the late 1990s and then spent time as investment strategist at ING Barings, Citigroup and Renaissance Capital (BJM Securities). He was South Africa s Economist of the Year in 1998 and has been rated in the top five of the Financial Mail Investment Analyst ratings during most of his career, holding the number one or number two investment strategist position a number of times. Herman joined Momentum Asset Management s Core Strategies team in May 2013, where he heads up macro research and asset allocation.

The fund's objective is to maximise both absolute (positive) as well as relative returns in the medium to longer term, by allocating portfolio capital to the best performing asset classes at any particular point in time.
