|Patrick Mathidi, BCom (Acc), HonsBCompt (Acc,), MScFin|
|Patrick started his career as an articled clerk for Deloitte - Touche in 1992 before joining Tongaat Hullet for two years. In May 1998 he joined Investec Asset Management for five years. He joined Credit Suisse Securities (formerly Andisa) in 2003. As the MD of Andisa Securities, Patrick was largely responsible for facilitating the deal between Standard Bank and Credit Suisse. Having concluded the deal he was appointed deputy CEO.
Patrick joined the RMB Asset Management investment team as a senior investment professional from 1 June 2007 and is currently the Head of Portfolio Managers.
|FUND OBJECTIVES AND FOCUS|
The FNB Growth Fund aims to achieve maximum growth for investors by outperforming the All Share index over time and has a moderate to high level of risk.
This fund invests in selected shares across all sectors of the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE). The shares selected are predominantly "blue chip" and span the three main equity investment sectors: industrial, financial and mining stocks.
This fund aims to be fully invested in equities, although use will be made of fixed-interest instruments to protect the fund when considered appropriate.
This fund is managed by RMB Unit Trusts Limited.
