(the “Manager”).

NOTIFICATION OF CHANGE OF AUDITORS

In compliance with paragraph 3.75 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders
are advised that following the completion of a formal tender process, PricewaterhouseCoopers
Inc. (“PwC) together with Mr Louwrens van Velden as the designated audit partner, has been
selected to replace Ernst & Young (“EY”) as auditors of NewGold Issuer (RF) Limited, with
effect from 3 June 2022.

The audit services of EY will terminate on 3 June 2022.
