NewFunds (RF) Proprietary Limited (Registration Number 2005/034899/07) (the “Manager”).

NOTIFICATION OF CHANGE OF AUDITORS

In compliance with paragraph 3.75 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised
that, KPMG Inc. (“KPMG”) together with Mr Wayne Gerald Elton Pretorius as the designated audit partner,
has been selected to replace PricewaterhouseCoopers (“PwC”) as auditors of NewFunds (RF) Proprietary
Limited, with effect from 4 November 2022.

The audit services of PwC will terminate on 4 November 2022.
