REDUCTION IN REDEMPTION FEES

The NewGold prospectus issued on 27 October 2004 (the “Prospectus”), stipulates in the “Creation and
Redemption Fees” paragraph on page 22 of the Prospectus, that the creation fees or redemption fees
payable at any time may be varied by giving one month’s prior notice to investors through the release of an
announcement on the Stock Exchange News Service (“SENS”) of the JSE Limited.

In an announcement released on SENS on 5 September 2019, investors were advised that the redemption
fee (“Redemption Fee”) was reduced from 0.05% to a fixed charge of R5 000 (excluding VAT) with effect
from 5 October 2019.

Investors are accordingly advised that after achieving significant administrative efficiencies the Redemption
Fee is further reduced to a fixed charge of R3,000 (excluding VAT).

The reduction will come into effect on 23 June 2023.

Investors are reminded that monthly sales charges remain unchanged, as set out below:

NewGold ETF 0.30% per annum
NewPlat ETF 0.345% per annum
NewPall ETF 0.345% per annum
