Further to the share purchase program announced on 21 November 2022, the following purchases were
made:
Investec Limited purchases of Investec PLC ordinary shares - JSE
Investec Limited (the Company) announces today it has purchased the following number of Investec
plc’s ordinary shares of 0.0002 pence each through Investec Markets Proprietary Limited.
Date of purchase: 13 February 2023 – 17 February 2023
Aggregate number of ordinary shares purchased: 1,574,913

The Company intends to treat the shares as if they were treasury shares in the consolidated annual
financial statements of the Investec Group.
Since 3rd of October, the Company has purchased 17,916,844 shares at a cost (including dealing and
associated costs) of R1,831,325,878.29
