Investec Limited (the Company) announces today it has purchased the following number of Investec plc’s ordinary shares
of 0.0002 pence each through Investec Markets Limited.
Date of purchase: 19 December 2022 – 6 January 2023

The Company intends to treat the shares as if they were treasury shares in the consolidated annual financial statements
of the Investec Group.
