RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING


Shareholders are advised that at the annual general meeting of shareholders held today (in terms of the notice of annual
general meeting dispatched to shareholders on 29 September 2016), all of the resolutions tabled thereat were passed by the
requisite majority of Fortress shareholders.

Details of the results of voting at the annual general meeting are as follows:

-   total number of Fortress shares that could have been voted at the annual general meeting: 2 126 834 524.
-   total number of Fortress shares that were present/represented at the annual general meeting: 1 366 734 328, being
    64.26% of the total number of Fortress shares that could have been voted at the annual general meeting.
