TRP121: NOTIFICATION OF A DISPOSAL OF BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN SECURITIES


Linked unitholders are referred to the announcement released on 9 October 2013 wherein the company
reported that Sanlam Investment Management Proprietary Limited (“SIM”), on behalf of its clients, had on
8 October 2013 increased its beneficial interest in Fortress A linked units to 5.01% and to the announcement
released on 12 December 2013 wherein the company reported that SIM had on 11 December 2013 increased
its beneficial interest in Fortress A linked units to 10.06%. SIM has advised the company that the
notification furnished by it on 11 December 2013 was incorrect and that there was no change to SIM’s
shareholding in Fortress A linked units at that date.

In addition, the company has received a further notification in compliance with section 122 of the
Companies Act, 2008 and Regulation 121 of the Regulations thereto that on 24 December 2013, SIM, on
behalf of its clients, decreased its beneficial interest in Fortress A linked units from 5.01% to 4.96%.
