Linked unitholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on Thursday,
15 August 2013, and are advised that all conditions to the implementation of this transaction have
been met. With effect from 17 October 2013 Fortress holds an effective 25% interest in Arbour
Crossing and The Galleria.
