The special resolutions will be filed with the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission in terms of Section 65 of the 2008 Companies Act, in due course. The business regarding B Preference shares, was withdrawn as there is no intention to issue the unissued B Preference shares at this time. Hence ordinary resolution number 6B was withdrawn in its entirety. All reference to B Preference shares contained in ordinary resolution number 7 was withdrawn prior to the resolution being approved.
