Completion of disposal of the Kensington Group
Investec announces that, further to its previous announcement on 19 December 2014, the sale of
Kensington Group Limited (formerly Kensington Group plc) and related assets to Blackstone Tactical
Opportunities Advisors L.L.C. and TPG Special Situations Partners has now completed.
