and the JSE Limited of matters which are required to be disclosed under the Listing Rules of the United Kingdom
Financial Conduct Authority and/or the JSE Listings Requirements.
Re: Final Terms dated 17 February 2025 (the "Final Terms") in relation to Investec plc's EUR500,000,000
3.625 per cent. Fixed Rate Resettable Senior Notes due 19 February 2031 (ISIN: XS2991289203) (the
"Notes") issued under Investec plc's £6,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme (the
"Programme")
Application was made for the Notes to be admitted to the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to trading
on the main market of the London Stock Exchange plc with effect from 19 February 2025.

The Final Terms contain the final terms of the Notes and must be read in conjunction with the base prospectus dated
23 January 2025 relating to the Programme, as supplemented by the base prospectus supplement dated 30 January
2025 (together, the "Prospectus"), which together constitute a base prospectus for the purposes of Regulation (EU)
2017/1129 as it forms part of domestic law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018.
A copy of the Final Terms has also been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available
for inspection at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
