Publication of Final Terms

As part of the dual listed company structure, Investec plc and Investec Limited notify both the London
Stock Exchange and the JSE Limited of matters which are required to be disclosed under the
Prospectus Rules of the United Kingdom Listing Authority (the "UKLA") and/or the JSE Listing
Requirements.

Re:     Final Terms dated 3 August 2017 in relation to Investec plc’s issue of GBP100,000,000
        4.50 per cent. Notes due 2022 due to be consolidated with and form a single series with
        the existing GBP300,000,000 4.50 per cent. Notes due 2022 under Investec plc’s
        GBP1,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme (the “Final Terms”).

Copies of the Final Terms are available for viewing at:

i.    the registered office of Investec plc, at 2 Gresham Street, London EC2V 7QP; and

ii.   the office of Deutsche Bank AG London Branch at Winchester House, 1 Great Winchester
      House, London EC2N 2DB, as Paying Agent in respect of the £1,000,000,000 Euro Medium
      Term Note Programme.

Application has been made for the Notes to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority
and to trading on the London Stock Exchange with effect from 7 August 2017.

A copy of the above document has also been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will
shortly be available for inspection at: http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
