CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF 1NVEST

In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, the board is
pleased to inform ETF holders of the following changes to the Board of 1nvest with effect from 15
March 2023.


- Ms Henda van Deventer has resigned as an independent non-executive director of the board
and as member of the Audit Committee of 1nvest on 15 March 2023; and

- Adv Mpho Rasivhetshele is appointed to the board and as an independent non-executive
director and as member of the Audit Committee of 1nvest on 15 March 2023.

The board of 1nvest wishes to thank Ms van Deventer for her valuable contribution and
congratulates Adv Rasivhetshele on her appointment.
