Control Act, 45 of 2002, managed by Grindrod Index Tracker Managers (RF)
Proprietary Limited (formerly Property Index Tracker Managers Proprietary
Limited)(“the Manager”)

DELISTING OF SECURITIES

The following Gtrax securities have been redeemed by the Manager and
delisted with effect from today:
   • PropTrax SAPY - 100 000 securities
   • PropTrax TEN – 200 000 securities
   • PrefTrax – 200 000 securities

Following the redemption and delisting, the following Gtrax securities
will remain in issue:
   • PropTrax SAPY – 2 152 020 securities
   • PropTrax TEN – 8 763 307 securities
   • PrefTrax – 22 400 000 securities
