As part of the dual listed company structure, Investec plc and Investec Limited
(together “Investec”) notify both the London Stock Exchange and the JSE Limited of
matters which are required to be disclosed under the Disclosure Guidance and
Transparency Rules and the Listing Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority and/or the
JSE Listing Requirements.

In accordance with paragraph 16.21 (g) and Appendix 1 to Section 11 of the JSE Listing
Requirements, notice is hereby given that the Company's annual compliance report in
terms of section 13G(2) of the Act has been published and is available
on Investec's website at www.investec.com.
