RESIGNATION FROM THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 6.39 of the JSE Limited Debt Listings Requirements, the FRB board hereby advises
noteholders of the resignation of Ms Thandie Mashego as an independent non-executive director with effect from
2 December 2022.
Ms Mashego informed the board that her decision resulted from her appointment with her new employer earlier this
year and the need to commit more time to her executive role and responsibilities.
Ms Mashego was appointed to the board of FRB in January 2017. The board would like to extend its appreciation for
her commitment and valuable contribution during her tenure.
The board has commenced a process of identifying a suitable replacement and noteholders will be advised as soon
as an appointment has been made.
