CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND BOARD COMMITTEE


Shareholders and noteholders are advised that Donnovan Pydigadu has informed the board of directors ('Board')
of Fortress, of his intention to resign from both his board position as chief operating officer and executive director
and consequently as a member of the Social, ethics and sustainability committee with effect from 14 August 2023,
in order to pursue other interests. Donnovan will remain at the disposal of the Company until 31 December 2023
to ensure a smooth handover of current matters and finalisation of existing projects in progress.

The Board wishes Donnovan all the best for his future endeavours in 2024 and beyond and thanks him for the
invaluable and positive contribution he has made to Fortress over the past six years.
