ISSUE OF INFORMATION NOTE
Shareholders are referred to the announcement published on 11 March 2024, in which the Company announced
the acquisition of an additional 388 762 shares of common stock in Leatt Corporation at a price of US$13.67 per
Leatt Share. The total consideration of US$5 315 414 will be settled by way of the issue of 6 062 275 Astoria
shares at a price of $0.738 per share, plus a cash payment of US$840 000 (the "Transaction").
Astoria has issued an Information Note to shareholders regarding the Transaction, as required by the Listing
Rules of the Stock Exchange of Mauritius ("SEM"). The Information Note is available on the company's website:
https://astoria.mu/investor-relations/investor-communication/.
The Information Note will also be made available for inspection for 14 days during normal working hours by
relevant parties at the registered office of the Company at 1st Floor, 18 Cascavelle Business Park, Riviere Noire
Road, Cascavelle, 90522, Republic of Mauritius, on giving at least 3 business days' notice to the Company or may
be requested via secure electronic means (by emailing info@astoria.mu).
Astoria has primary listings on the SEM and the Alternative Exchange of the JSE.
This announcement is issued pursuant to SEM Listing Rules 11.3 and Rule 5(1) of the Securities (Disclosure
Obligations of Reporting Issuers) Rules 2007. The board of directors of Astoria accepts full responsibility for the
