CONDITION MET IN RELATION TO PAYMENT OF THE SPECIAL DIVIDEND

Shareholders and noteholders are referred to the announcement made on the Stock Exchange
News Service on 28 February 2024 relating to the declaration of the Special Dividend ("the
Communication"). We are pleased to advise that the Company has obtained the approval of the
South African Reserve Bank in relation to the payment of the Special Dividend.

As indicated in the Communication, we wish to confirm the salient dates regarding the payment of
the Special Dividend:

 Last day to trade to participate in the Special Dividend           Tuesday, 2 April 2024
 Shares commence trading ex-dividend on                             Wednesday, 3 April 2024
 Record date                                                        Friday, 5 April 2024
 Special Dividend payment date                                      Monday, 8 April 2024

Share certificates may not be dematerialised or re-materialised between Wednesday, 3 April 2024
and Friday, 5 April 2024, both days inclusive.
