Shareholders are referred to the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") that was issued on 24 January 2024.

Special resolution number 2 to the Notice of AGM, entitled Approval for the granting of financial assistance in terms
of sections 44 and 45 of the Companies Act, refers.

The Company wishes to clarify that, for purposes of the implementation of special resolution number 2, financial
assistance will not be extended to any directors, prescribed officers, employees or any other natural person.
