CHANGES TO THE COMPANY SECRETARY
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements and paragraph 6.39
of the Debt Listings Requirements, shareholders are hereby advised that Ms Andiswa Ndoni has
resigned as Exxaro's Group Company Secretary with effect from 01 May 2024. She remains in
the Group and has taken up the role of Chief Strategic Resilience and Governance Officer.
Shareholders are further advised that Michelle Nana has been appointed to the position of Group
Company Secretary, effective 01 May 2024. Michelle has over 30 years of company secretary
experience over multiple geographies on the continent and offshore. She is a fellow member of the
Chartered Secretary, a Certified Director of the IODSA and a law graduate. The Board is satisfied
that Michelle has the experience, knowledge and expertise to take up the position as Group
Company Secretary.
The Board wished both Andiswa and Michelle success in their new roles.
