In accordance with paragraph 3.63 of the JSE Listings Requirements,
shareholders are advised that the following executive directors and
prescribed officers of Barloworld, were awarded shares in terms of the
Company's Conditional Share Plan ("CSP") (all off market) on 7 December
2023 ("Award Date"). In addition, C Wierenga also disposed of shares in
the Company. This trade was not a market transaction but rather between
the officer and company, as Barloworld retained the bought shares.
