APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS

In accordance with paragraphs 3.59(a) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements and 6.39(a) of the
Debt Listings Requirements, the board of directors of the Company ("the Board") wishes to advise
that:

    1. Ms Lerato Molebatsi ("Lerato") has been appointed as non-executive director of the Company
       with effect from 1 February 2024, and
    2. Ms Cora Fernandez ("Cora") has been appointed as non-executive director of the Company
       with effect from 1 February 2024.

Lerato has over 25 years' experience within the Financial Services, Mining, Government, Non-profit
and Professional Services industries. Lerato is currently serving on the following boards: South African
Reserve Bank, Spur Corporation, Committees of the Financial Sector Conduct Authority and
Committees at Petra Diamond Mine plc. Lerato holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the
University of Johannesburg and has completed a Senior Executive Leadership Programme for Africa
at Harvard University.

Cora is a chartered accountant and holds a B Comm from the University of Cape Town and a B Compt
(Hons) from UNISA. During her employment at Sanlam, Cora held the following positions: CEO of
Sanlam Private Equity, Managing Director of Sanlam Investment Management and CEO: Institutional
Business at Sanlam Investment Holdings Limited. Cora currently serves on the board of the following
companies: Sphere Private Equity (Pty) Ltd, Capitec Bank Holding Limited, Spur Corporation Limited
and Redefine Properties Limited.

The Company confirms that the abovementioned appointments were made in accordance with the
Board nomination policy.

The Board welcomes Lerato and Cora as directors and looks forward to their contributions to the
Company.
