Investors are referred to the announcements released on SENS on 12 September 2023 and
13 November 2023 regarding the amalgamation of the Sygnia Itrix Sustainable Economy ETF
("SYGSE") with the Sygnia Itrix 4th Industrial Revolution Global Equity ETF ("SYG4IR").
The final conversion ratio for Sygnia Itrix Sustainable Economy ETF, determined as at market
close on Monday, 20 November 2023, is 1.29211 Sygnia Itrix 4th Industrial Revolution Global
Equity ETF securities for every 1 security held in Sygnia Itrix Sustainable Economy ETF.
The final conversion ratio was determined based on the capital prices of R51.98592
(5198.59157 cents) and R40.23325 (4023.32446 cents) per one Sygnia Itrix Sustainable
Economy ETF and one Sygnia Itrix 4th Industrial Revolution Global Equity ETF security,
respectively as at market close on Monday, 20 November 2023.
The manager will apply the round down methodology and pay fractions in the instance where
fractional ETF securities cannot be issued. Any fractional entitlement in respect of the
amalgamation will be announced on Thursday, 23 November 2023, by 11h00.
