DEALING IN SECURITIES BY AN ASSOCIATE OF A DIRECTOR OF THE COMPANY REGARDING AN AMENDMENT TO EXISTING 
FINANCE ARRANGEMENTS

Shareholders are advised that on 15 November 2023 GRG Investments Proprietary Limited ("GRG Investments")
agreed terms to amend the existing R18 000 000 three-year loan (the "Loan") concluded with Investec Bank
Limited (as detailed in the announcement released on 8 December 2021) by the reduction of the Loan to
R14 758 199.45 (the "Amendment"). The security agreement related to the Loan remains unchanged and
3 059 876 Equites shares remain pledged as security.

As Riaan Gous is a director and sole shareholder of GRG Investments, the Amendment constitutes a dealing in
securities by an associate of a director. The transaction was conducted off-market and clearance was obtained.
