Shareholders are advised that the Integrated Report for the year ended 30 June 2023 and the Notice
of Annual General Meeting are available on the Company's website at www.wbho.co.za, with effect
from Monday, 30 October 2023.
NOTICE OF AGM
Notice is hereby given that the 41st annual general meeting of WBHO will be held by way of electronic
participation on Thursday, 23 November 2023 at 11h00.
The record date, in terms of section 59(1)(a) of the Companies Act 71 of 2008, for shareholders to be
recorded on the securities register of the Company in order to receive notice of the meeting was
Friday, 20 October 2023.
In order for shareholders to attend, participate and vote at the virtual annual general meeting, the
record date to be recorded in the register of the Company is Friday, 17 November 2023.
Accordingly, the last date to trade in order to be registered in the Company's register of shareholders
is Tuesday, 14 November 2023. Forms of proxy must be lodged by no later than 11h00 on Wednesday,
22 November 2023.
NO CHANGE STATEMENT
The financial information included in the Integrated Report has been extracted from the full audited
consolidated financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2023 published on 12 September 2023,
or from a previous year's audited consolidated financial statements where indicated. There have been
no changes to the audited consolidated financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2023 since
being published.
