CHANGE IN AUDITORS

Subject to regulatory approval, EY Australia intends to resign as the auditors
of Australian-listed SG Fleet Group Limited ('SG Fleet'). As SG Fleet represents
a material component (based on profit and asset contribution) of Super Group,
EY South Africa will subsequently resign as the auditors of the Group. The
intended resignation by EY Australia is not due to any accounting irregularities
or financial concerns in SG Fleet.

On the basis that SG Fleet then intends to appoint KPMG Inc.('KPMG'), the Super
Group Audit Committee has recommended, and the Board has endorsed, the proposed
appointment of KPMG as external auditors for the financial year ending 30 June
2024.

This appointment of KPMG will be put to the shareholders of Super Group at the
annual general meeting scheduled for 28 November 2023.

EY will conclude the audit of Super Group's accounts in respect of the financial
year ended 30 June 2023 and will step down as auditors following the completion
of the audit work in respect of the 2023 financial year.
