Changes to the directorate: appointment and resignation of the Group Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”)

In accordance with section 3.59 of the JSE Listing Requirements, shareholders are advised that Charles
Victor Henwood (“Charles Henwood”), the current CFO of WBHO and its various subsidiaries (“WBHO
Group or Group”), has reached retirement age and accordingly has announced his decision to resign
as CFO and as a director of WBHO, effective 23 November 2023. Charles Henwood has served as the
CFO of the Group for 12 years. Charles Henwood will remain with the WBHO Group to ensure
completion of the Group’s exit from Australia and a smooth transition of the CFO role.

The Chairman of the board, Mr Elia Louw Nel (Louwtjie Nel) expressed the board’s appreciation and
gratitude to Charles Henwood for his leadership and invaluable contribution to the WBHO Group.

Andrew Christopher Logan (“Andrew Logan”), a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of
service in the WBHO Group, who is the current group Financial Director, will join the board with effect
from 23 November 2023 as an executive director in the capacity of CFO. Andrew Logan will be
appointed to the board of the major subsidiary, WBHO Construction (Pty) Ltd.
