Heriot owns 97.66% interest in Thibault. Following the Transfer, the total beneficial interest held by Heriot and its related party, being Thibault, is effectively 18.23% of the Company’s total issued ordinary share capital. The requisite notice in terms of section 122(3)(a) of the Companies Act has been filed with the Takeover Regulation Panel.
