RETIREMENT OF INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

In accordance with Paragraph 3.59 of the Listing Requirements of the JSE Limited, the Board
of Frontier Transport Holdings Limited, wishes to advise shareholders, that Dr Naziema
Jappie, will retire as an independent non-executive director of the Company, with effect from
01 September 2023.

Dr Naziema Jappie, served in the capacity of an independent non-executive director since
the Company’s listing on 24 April 2018. Dr Naziema Jappie will also retire as a member of
the Board Committees, on which she presently serves.

The Board would like to thank Dr Naziema Jappie for her years of excellent leadership and
commitment to the businesses of the Group and wish her the very best in her retirement.

The Board will immediately commence with the process of appointing a successor
independent non-executive director and a further announcement will be made in due course.
