Copper 360 shareholders are hereby advised that the proxy form to be used in respect of the annual
general meeting on 4 September 2023 contained an error on ordinary resolution number 9. It should
read “Authorising the directors to issue shares for cash – limited to 10%”


Any proxies received so far remain valid and shareholders are not required to re- submit their form of
proxy.
