RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders and noteholders are referred to the Cautionary Announcements issued on the Stock
Exchange News Service of the JSE Limited on 15 February 2023, 23 March 2023, 26 April 2023, 6 June
2023 and 29 June 2023.
The Company’s evaluation together with its advisers of the unsolicited proposals received from third
parties in respect of the Group’s interest in Alliance Medical Group is now far progressed. Whilst there
is still no certainty that a sale of Alliance Medical Group will eventuate, the Company has narrowed
the scope of its evaluation and is actively working to determine if a transaction can be consummated.
Further developments in the evaluation process may have a material impact on the price of the
Company’s securities. Accordingly, shareholders and noteholders are advised to continue exercising
caution when dealing in the Company’s securities until a further announcement is made.
The board of directors of Life Healthcare accepts responsibility for the information contained in this
