CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS – RESIGNATION OF INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR


Shareholders are informed that Bernard Swanepoel has resigned as an independent non-executive director and
chair of the Social, Ethics and Risk Committee ("SERC") of the board, with effect from 31 March 2023.

Bernard, who is resigning due to increased time commitments and demands arising from other interests, has made
a valuable contribution to Omnia, and the Group wishes him well in his future endeavours.

Details with regard to the revised composition of the SERC will be announced in due course.
