RESIGNATION OF INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement dated 9 February 2023 wherein it advised
that Mr Bhekokuhle Sibiya’s role had changed from Non-Executive Director to Independent Non-
Executive Director.
In accordance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are
advised that following the above change in role and due to time constraints of having started her
own business Ms M (Mumsy) Mthembu has tendered her resignation as an Independent Non-
Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect.
There are sufficient Independent Non-Executive Directors to properly constitute the various Board
committees. In line with the strategy, the Board will continue to review adequacy and mix of Board
members.
The Board thanks Mumsy for her work in 2021, in particular on the turnaround initiatives of the
Company, and wishes her all the best for the future.
