OCTODEC - PRE-CLOSE WEBINAR


Shareholders are advised that Octodec will be holding a pre-close webinar on Wednesday, 22 February 2023
at 13h00 (SAST), during which its Managing and Financial Directors, Jeffrey Wapnick and Anabel Vieira,
respectively, Charlene Conradie, the Chief Operations Officer and Linda Chabula, Head of Leasing employed
by City Property Administration (Pty) Ltd, the property and asset manager of Octodec, will discuss the
company's business activities prior to the close of the six months ending 28 February 2023. The pre-close
webinar is being hosted by Nedbank CIB.

Interested parties can register for the pre-close webinar, to be held on Zoom, via the details set out below.
Once registered, participants will receive an email containing the weblink/dial-in details and a passcode for
the webinar.
