CHANGES TO THE BOARD
In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the board of
directors of the Company (“the Board”) wishes to advise shareholders that Mr David Danker
(“Mr Danker”) has resigned as the chief executive officer of the Company and as an
executive director on the Board, with effect from 28 February 2023.
While pursuing other personal interests, Mr Danker will continue to provide guidance and
input to the management teams in the Group, which will ensure a smooth and effective
management transition.
Mr James Slabbert, the executive chairman of the Company, will replace Mr Danker as the
interim chief executive officer, with effect from 1 March 2023, given his extensive knowledge
of, and involvement in, the Group’s business operations.
The Board has commenced the process of identifying a suitable permanent replacement for
Mr Danker, and shareholders will be advised on the filling of the vacancy in due course.
The Board would like to thank Mr Danker for his valuable contribution to the Company and
wishes him well in his future endeavours.
