DEALINGS IN SECURITIES BY AN ASSOCIATE OF A DIRECTOR

In compliance with paragraphs 3.63 to 3.65 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, notification is hereby
given that the Dovie Trust has disposed of securities held in the Company. Dovie Trust is the family trust of
David Hurwitz, of which he is a discretionary beneficiary.

As previously announced, these securities were pledged as security for portfolio debt from an institutional
lender. A portion of the debt has fallen due and the Dovie Trust has elected to sell the securities as part of
its portfolio rebalancing and debt reduction goals. Post this transaction, 2 349 882 securities remain pledged,
against less than R10 000 000 of debt outstanding.

All disposals of Transaction Capital securities were executed on market by a broker, with prior clearance, on
behalf of the Director.
