AMENDMENT TO DIRECTOR’S DECLARATION

In accordance with paragraph 3.60 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, PSG Konsult
advises that the Schedule 13 director’s declaration (“Director’s Declaration”) for Mr Andile
Hesperus Sangqu has been amended to state that a company of which he is an independent
non-executive director, being Tongaat Hulett Limited ("Tongaat Hulett”), has been placed into
business rescue.

PSG Konsult has no financial or business relationships with Tongaat Hulett. Accordingly, the
business rescue of Tongaat Hulett has no impact on PSG Konsult.

The amended Director’s Declaration has been submitted to the JSE.
