Finbond shareholders are referred to the announcements released on SENS on 24 June 2022, 5
August 2022 and 19 September 2022 and are advised that the discussions regarding a potential
acquisition in Mexico is still ongoing and which, if successful, may have a material effect on the price
of the Company's securities. Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution
when dealing in Finbond securities until a further announcement is made.
