Act, 45 of 2002.


PARTIAL DELISTING OF SYGP SECURITIES

SYGP will partially delist 500000 securities from the JSE with commencement
of business today, at an approximate price of ZAR 40.72 per security.


Following the delisting of these securities, there will be 11 662 736 SYGP
securities in issue.
