-   On 5 October 2022, a purchase of Ordinary Shares by Hixonia Nyasulu, a Non-Executive
    Director.
-   On 6 October 2022, an acquisition of American Depositary Shares (ADS) by a Non-Executive
    Director in respect of the reinvestment of the 2022 Interim Dividend. One ADS represents
    0.5 Ordinary Shares.
