CANCELLATION AND DELISTING OF 19 335 ASTORIA SHARES

Shareholders are advised that the Company has repurchased 19 335 ordinary shares (“Repurchased Shares”) for
an average price of R5.63 per share during September 2022 (“the Repurchase”). The Repurchase was done in
accordance with the general authority granted by shareholders at the Company’s annual general meeting held
on 25 May 2022 (“General Authority”). The Repurchased Shares represent 0.03% of the Company’s issued share
capital at the time of the General Authority.

Shareholders are advised that the Repurchased Shares have been cancelled by the Company and have
subsequently been delisted on both the JSE and the SEM with effect from today, 7 October 2022.

The issued share capital of the Company before and after the delisting and cancellation of the Repurchased
Shares is as follows:
