RESIGNATION OF DESIGNATED ADVISOR AND COMPANY SECRETARY


In accordance with the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, the board of directors of Pembury
hereby advises shareholders that Merchantec Capital and Acorim Proprietary Limited have resigned
as Designated Advisor and Company Secretary to the Company respectively, with effect from 11 July
2022.

Pembury will commence the process of appointing a new Designated Advisor and Company Secretary
in due course.
