Fulfilment of conditions precedent relating to the BW Disposal
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 21 January 2022 relating to the disposal
(“BW Disposal”) of three retail warehouses (“Properties”), all predominantly tenanted by Builders Warehouse.
The Fund is pleased to inform shareholders that all conditions precedent to the BW Disposal have been fulfilled
and, accordingly, the transaction is now unconditional.
The transfer of the Properties will occur following completion by the attorneys of all standard administrative tasks
relating to such transfer.
The JSE Limited (“JSE”) has approved the independent valuation reports which have been updated for minor
amendments requested by the JSE subsequent to the initial SENS announcement, including confirmation of a
physical inspection of the Properties. There has been no change to the independent valuations of the Properties.
These reports are available for inspection at the registered office of the Fund during normal business hours for a
period of 28 days from the date of this announcement.
