Listing of additional 1nvestPlatinum debentures – ETFPLT and ENXPLT(NSX)

1nvest ETF has, from commencement of 12 May 2022, issued an additional 100,000 1nvestPlatinum
debentures at an approximate issue price of R155.4982 per additional 1nvestPlatinum debenture,
following subscriptions in respect of approximately 972.498 fine troy ounces of Platinum Bullion.

After the additional issue, there will be 12,635,000 1nvestPlatinum debentures in issue, referencing
approximately 122,937.244 fine troy ounces of Platinum Bullion.
